"I have appreciated learning more language and tools to make my practice and work more impactful and sustainable."
Â
The AI certificate program has been another game changer for me. I have appreciated learning more language and tools to make my practice and work more impactful and sustainable.
Recently I have created another Chat GPT to assist me in my entrepreneurial work. They have been assisting me with creating agendas. Curriculum planning, survey and evaluation creation, marketing for 2025, and editing my first ever Chat GPT. I am also in the process of creating a GPT skilled in story telling and creating writing to assistant me in writing a book. Attached are some pieces of what I have been working on.
Gratitude for the Acosta Institute for creating spaces of thriving.

"I've developed another GPT to help me build analysis of self knowledge systems I use with my clients so they can tune in with their gifts and unlock their potential."
Â
It's been a journey of inquiry, playfulness, contemplation and pause. I've developed another GPT to help me build analysis of self knowledge systems I use with my clients so they can tune in with their gifts and unlock their potential, I'm also getting help to structure presentations and align my business and my communication with my values.
I have many ideas but I'm allowing them to develop naturally, as I've been pausing in between to integrate and find more ease and embodiment, while remaining curious.
Thank you again! It's been a profound journey so far!

"It gives a very articulated roadmap of the old and new landscape of leadership."
Â
Excellent Series! It gives a very articulated roadmap of the old and new landscape of leadership. I would introduce Embodiment leadership on how to bring the flow and the centered mind, heart and instinct to make better decisions and connect deeply.
— Ines on Exploring Leadership Frameworks Series
"It helped a lot to show what systems/structures would be of value to me, my clients, or my communities. It also helped me visualize my own business journey more clearly."

"The tools help me provide actionable, data-driven feedback both before and after observations, ensuring that teachers have clear, specific guidance to refine their instructional practices."
Â
The Al Certificate Program has been an invaluable resource, and I've been excited to apply its insights to my work.
One of the most impactful ways I've been using the tools and strategies from the program is to enhance the feedback process during formal and informal teacher observations. The tools help me provide actionable, data-driven feedback both before and after observations, ensuring that teachers have clear, specific guidance to refine their instructional practices. This has streamlined my ability to analyze classroom trends and offer targeted support that aligns with professional growth goals.
Additionally, I've found the resources incredibly useful in crafting letters to parents, teachers, and staff. These tools help me maintain a voice that is authentic and reflective of my own, ensuring clarity and consistency in communication while saving valuable time.
I am also exploring how these strategies can support me in providing students with meaningful feedback on their writing samples. By leveraging Al resources, I aim to give students personalized, constructive insights that encourage growth and mastery of writing skills. Furthermore, I've begun using these tools to provide teachers with thoughtful feedback on their weekly lesson plans, helping them align objectives with best practices and standards.
Another exciting area of application is in organizing and facilitating the grade-level and content meetings I lead each week. The resources have been instrumental in structuring agendas, promoting collaboration, and keeping our discussions focused and productive.
