In a time marked by uncertainty, burnout, and profound systemic change, leadership and education demand more than technical skill or surface-level reform. They call for leaders who are grounded, reflective, and capable of cultivating environments where people can heal, learn, and thrive—together.

The Healing-Centered Leadership & Education Intensive is a four-week immersive certificate experience designed for educators, leaders, facilitators, and changemakers who are ready to deepen their capacity to lead with integrity, vitality, and care. Rooted in healing-centered education and human-centered leadership practices, this intensive invites participants into a rigorous and restorative learning journey that integrates personal reflection, collective inquiry, and applied practice.

This experience weaves together the work of Dr. Angel Acosta and Dr. Justis Lopez, offering a powerful synthesis of healing-centered education, leadership development, and vitality-based frameworks to support sustainable impact in learning environments and organizations.

  • Cultivate learning environments rooted in dignity, belonging, and care
