Overview

In times of rapid transformation and uncertainty, our ability to sustain purpose and care depends on how we build capacity — within ourselves, our organizations, and our communities.

This three-hour workshop invites participants to pause, integrate their learnings, and design concrete pathways for sustainable growth. Guided by Drisana McDaniel and Maria Tan, this session will weave somatic practice, reflection, and collaborative design to help participants create actionable frameworks that make healing-centered work last.

Through embodied practice and strategic planning, we’ll explore how to integrate new skills, establish ongoing support structures, and create environments where capacity begets capacity.

Workshop Intention

To integrate, establish, and create — integrating new learnings, establishing support systems, and creating actionable plans that sustain impact.

What You’ll Experience

  • Somatic Grounding Practice: Reconnect with your body and presence to open creative and reflective awareness.
  • Integration Triads: Reflect on your growth, challenges, and the capacities you’ve uncovered through guided small-group dialogue.
  • Action Planning Workshop: Design a personalized Capacity-Building Action Plan that bridges vision and implementation.
  • Peer Reflection & Community Weaving: Share your plan, receive feedback, and name the communities that will sustain your ongoing practice.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with a living plan for embedding healing-centered practices into your leadership, organization, or community — and a renewed sense of belonging to a broader ecosystem of transformation.
