You’re choosing to give yourself something that’s often hard to come by—a few hours to pause and really check in with yourself. This intensive is designed to support you in slowing down, noticing what you’ve been carrying, and reconnecting with the part of you that knows how to move forward with more care and clarity. You don’t need to prepare anything or show up in a certain way. Just come as you are.

This experience will be guided by Arlène Elizabeth Casimir, an educator and facilitator whose work centers on helping people lead and live with more clarity and care. Her approach brings together reflection, body-based practices, and meaningful conversation in a way that feels grounded and supportive. She holds space with intention, making it easier for you to settle in, be present, and take what you need from the experience.
