Lisa Sattell

Lisa Sattell is a contemplative guide, educational strategist, and systems thinker based in Wisconsin, where she honors the sacred ancestral lands of the Ho-Chunk people. With decades of experience across language acquisition, organizational development, and healing-centered leadership, Lisa weaves together AI, the social arts, and compassionate finance to build bridges among diverse learning communities. Her work is deeply informed by the ecologies of communication and the storytelling roots of history.

Lisa’s journey is fueled by a commitment to relational learning and the belief that every child—and every person—deserves the space to write their own life story. She brings a unique orientation to her practice: one that blends systems science with soulful inquiry. As a long-time facilitator and researcher, Lisa creates environments where wisdom can be shared across generations, cultures, and disciplines. Her participation in multiple Healing-Centered Education cohorts has grounded her in the Institute’s approach, while her ongoing global collaborations keep her at the cutting edge of transformative practice.

Through the Fellowship, Lisa is eager to explore how healing-centered business and education can evolve alongside new technologies. She’s here to listen deeply, contribute her integrative perspective, and join in co-creating a future where voice, place, and purpose converge in powerful, liberatory ways.
