Tami Farber
Tami Farber is a healing-centered leader, cultural strategist, and systems change practitioner with a career spanning over two decades across social justice, international development, and organizational transformation. A Bronx native now rooted in Lafayette, Colorado, Tami integrates a lifetime of personal healing, spiritual discovery, and professional expertise into her work supporting individuals and institutions to thrive. Her lived experience as a queer, Pro-Palestinian Jew in recovery, a global justice advocate, and a devoted mother uniquely shapes her mission.
Currently, Tami brings her expertise to embedding healing-centered practices into organizational structures, offering coaching, facilitation, and curriculum design that connects body, spirit, and systems thinking. She is a somatic and mindfulness practitioner, a movement builder, and a “WE” person known for her ability to hold space, build communal glue, and catalyze transformation through deep presence and love.
As a Fellow, Tami is called to develop a national framework for embedding healing into the DNA of institutions and to guide leaders in their inner transformation journeys. She shows up rooted in ancestral devotion, community care, and fierce love for her son and all future generations. She is here to help build a world where justice flows from healed hearts.
