Senta Greene

Senta Greene is a transformative leader, systems consultant, and healing-centered educator with over two decades of experience guiding organizations across education, law enforcement, military, and sports. As Founder and Co-Executive Director of Full Circle, she leads professional learning grounded in human development, trauma-responsive practices, and equity. Her work centers the voices of those most impacted by systemic harm, fostering sustainable change through culturally grounded and science-based frameworks.

With expertise in child and adolescent development, trauma-informed practice, and organizational leadership, Senta supports direct service providers and executives alike in navigating complex change. Her relational leadership style, coupled with deep strategic thinking, allows her to build bridges between communities and institutions, helping leaders transform systems from the inside out.

As a Fellow, Senta is eager to connect with kindred spirits pushing the boundaries of transformative education and leadership. She brings a bold dream: to reimagine systems where healing is foundational, and every individual—especially those impacted by inequity—can thrive.
