Natalia Weimann de GuardiaĀ

Natalia Weimann de Guardia is an anthropologist, designer, and innovation strategist who works at the intersection of technology, health, and human experience. Originally from Poland and now based in Lima, Peru, Natalia has spent over 15 years bridging the worlds of anthropology, design, and digital transformation—helping organizations in healthcare and finance reimagine systems through empathy and purpose. Her work draws from both her academic grounding in cultural anthropology and her hands-on experience leading innovation labs, startups, and cross-disciplinary teams.

Natalia’s work is guided by a deep curiosity about what it means to be human in an age increasingly defined by artificial intelligence. She believes that innovation must remain anchored in our shared humanity and that the most powerful technologies are those that serve life, not replace it. Her perspective is global and grounded—shaped by her journey across continents and her commitment to making complexity more human.

Through the Acosta Institute Fellowship, Natalia hopes to explore how AI and healing-centered leadership can coexist in service of more humane futures. She joins this cohort to learn, question, and co-create with others who see business, education, and technology as forces for regeneration—and who, like her, believe that rehumanizing innovation might be one of the great callings of our time.
