Lauren Stauble
Lauren Stauble has been teaching and caring for young children since she herself was in 7th grade—a lifelong journey rooted in compassion, curiosity, and care. Today, she brings that same heart-centered approach into her work as a community college professor, author, podcaster, consultant, and foster parent. Across all these roles, Lauren seeks to hold space for growth, connection, and healing.
Deeply influenced by the practices of yoga and mindfulness, Lauren integrates contemplative tools into educational spaces and everyday life. Her work invites others to slow down, reflect, and reimagine how we learn and live together. Whether she’s mentoring future educators, guiding conversations through her podcast, or nurturing children in her home, Lauren centers presence, purpose, and possibility.
As a Fellow, Lauren is eager to deepen her healing-centered practice and to walk alongside others who are reweaving education with wellness, justice, and love. She brings a grounded perspective and a wide-open heart, always asking how we can grow—not just as individuals, but in community, together.
