Joy Chiu

Joy Chiu is a poet, weaver, and healing-centered practitioner whose work explores the tender edges between self, other, and collective transformation. Guided by love as both compass and catalyst, Joy brings a deeply intuitive, embodied approach to leadership, presence, and relational practice. Her personal and professional journey is shaped by a reverence for community, a practice of vulnerability, and a devotion to co-creating spaces where people can access their own wisdom and courage.

In her own words, Joy is continually “reworked by love”—learning and unlearning through acts of surrender, discovery, and the sacred call to show up fully. Whether facing fear, navigating change, or holding space for others, she engages life as a dynamic adventure: one where love of self and love of community are inextricably linked. Her poetic practice and commitment to healing invite others into deeper insight, presence, and belonging.

As a Fellow, Joy offers a unique alchemy of softness and strength. She brings an artist’s sensitivity, a healer’s intuition, and a communal spirit to the cohort. She is here to weave, to listen, and to grow—toward a vision of life and leadership that centers love, honors change, and heals separation. With each word and gesture, she reminds us: we are not alone, and transformation is already in motion.
