Jennifer Outlaw is a seasoned clinical social worker, nonprofit leader, and emerging scholar who brings over 25 years of experience in healing and transformation-centered work. Originally from Queens, New York and now based in Aiken, South Carolina, Jennifer has held senior executive roles in the nonprofit sector, advocating for the well-being of communities with clarity, compassion, and care.
She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Leadership and Change at Antioch University, where her inquiry is rooted in one profound question: what does liberation look like, and how do we fully embrace it? Drawing on decades of clinical expertise, Jennifer is weaving together joy, creativity, contemplative practice, and ancestral wisdom as tools for resistance, restoration, and reimagining.
As a Fellow, Jennifer brings a grounded presence, a deep reverence for inner and communal transformation, and a vision of leadership that is guided by heart and spirit. She is here to study, share, and build with others who believe that liberation is not only possible—it is already underway.
