H.L. Ray
H.L. Ray is a former executive leader turned thought partner, spiritual seeker, and systems strategist exploring the intersection of human purpose and performance. After years navigating the intense demands of a Global Fortune 20 company, H.L. stepped away in search of a more integrated and authentic way of living and leading—one that could hold complexity, healing, and transformation without compromise.
Drawn to the Acosta Institute through Dr. Angel Acosta’s teaching in Rev. Angel Kyodo Williams' Roadmap to Liberation, H.L. found resonance in the Institute’s commitment to truth-telling, spiritual inquiry, and systemic change. What began as an exploration soon became a return: a reconnection to values long held and a deep curiosity about what it means to lead with integrity in a world that often fragments us. Their work now centers on creating spaces—within organizations and communities—where high performance is aligned with deeper purpose, and where human wholeness is not sacrificed, but honored.
As a Fellow, H.L. brings a wealth of strategic insight, lived wisdom, and a deep desire to co-create spaces where complexity is welcomed and performance is redefined through the lens of care. They are here to engage with open-hearted inquiry and to support others navigating similar thresholds—those seeking not just to lead, but to lead in ways that heal.
