Dana Reisboard
Dana Reisboard is an educator and researcher whose work explores the intersection of social justice, systemic inequality, and personal empowerment in learning and professional environments. With a deep belief in the transformative power of reflection, Dana supports individuals and communities in examining their roles within systems—and in identifying the possibilities for healing, equity, and growth.
Her practice is grounded in creating brave, inclusive spaces where people can explore their values, biases, and beliefs in service of building more just and supportive environments. Dana’s approach is both rigorous and compassionate, rooted in a desire to foster belonging and catalyze change from the inside out. Her research and facilitation reflect a commitment to lifelong learning, relational accountability, and personal transformation as a path to collective liberation.
As a Fellow, Dana is excited to deepen her inquiry in community and expand her capacity to co-create spaces where equity and care are held together. She brings to the Fellowship a reflective presence, a scholar’s curiosity, and a practitioner’s heart—ready to listen, engage, and build toward a more inclusive future.
