Coco Lamenzo
Coco Lamenzo is a facilitator, creative thinker, and embodied practitioner based in Olympia, Washington. Her work bridges inquiry, mindfulness, and creative practice to support individuals and groups through times of transition, healing, and growth. A lifelong learner with a deep connection to the natural world, Coco draws wisdom from both her personal healing journey and her studies in embodiment and nervous system regulation. Her approach is grounded, relational, and infused with humor, curiosity, and compassion.
Guided by her lived experience with disability and a lifelong fascination with how humans heal and evolve, Coco’s work invites others to listen more deeply—to their bodies, their intuition, and the world around them. She brings a wide range of training in restorative practices, somatic work, and social transformation, including studies with AORTA, PI (especially SPT), and Lataif. Her vision is to inspire others to reconnect with their own inner knowing, believing that creative, healing action flows from that place of awareness.
During the Fellowship, Coco hopes to find clarity and structure around her evolving professional path while continuing to nurture her creative and spiritual practices. She is excited to learn alongside a community of healing-centered peers, bringing her perspective as a feeler, listener, and nature-connected practitioner. Through the Fellowship, she hopes to co-create new ways of aligning personal healing with collective transformation—and to keep discovering the laughter, grace, and magic that live at the heart of this work.
