Bianca Vashti Marks
Bianca Vashti Marks is a global programs manager, facilitator, and systems thinker dedicated to weaving together inner and outer transformation. Based in South Africa, she brings more than fifteen years of experience designing participatory programs and strengthening networks for social change. Through her work with the MenEngage Alliance, a global network of over 1,000 organizations, Bianca supports collaboration across regions, cultures, and movements—helping groups learn, act, and evolve together toward equity and compassion.
Her leadership is shaped by both her background in gender justice and her lifelong spiritual practice. After spending five years living in a spiritual community, Bianca came to see that personal awakening and collective transformation are inseparable. This realization anchors her work today: creating spaces where dialogue, consciousness, and collaboration intersect to generate meaningful social impact. She holds a master’s in Transformative Business Leadership, where her research explored raising consciousness as a critical component of social change.
During her time as a Fellow, Bianca hopes to deepen her exploration of healing-centered leadership and conscious collaboration. She envisions building “living frameworks” and action labs that connect inner practice with systemic change—spaces where people can remember their interconnectedness and act from that awareness. Through the Fellowship, she aims to co-create with peers a shared language for bridging self-work and world-work, nurturing a global movement rooted in compassion, curiosity, and collective awakening.
